This resource is tailored for faith-based organizations. We conduct a comprehensive review of your site, building usage, ministries, stewardship practices, finances, and congregation. What’s being utilized, underutilized, or no longer functional? We compile our findings and provide actionable recommendations to help you make more effective use of your space.
Professional Referrals
Are you in need of a trusted professional referral? Need to source another bid? We have a long list of trusted professionals in the real estate and construction space we would love to connect you with.
Project Management
Are you considering renovating or redeveloping your space? Our team of professionals, with over 20 years of experience in project management, redevelopment, and ground-up construction, will work closely with you to deliver tailored solutions that align with your vision and objectives.

Who we are
Matt Kautzky
President and CEO
Matt joined Revive in January 2025. He has held previous roles in Real Estate, Operations, & Sustainability for organizations including Goodwill of South-Central Wisconsin, Blackhawk Church, and others. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management from Edgewood University.
Elizabeth Yanke
Director of Finance and Operations
Elizabeth joined Revive in February 2025. She brings extensive Human Resources expertise from Fortune 500 companies such as Abbott Labs and Intel Corporation, as well as from startup and local government environments. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Judson University and an MBA from University of Phoenix.
Partnership with the United Methodist Church
Revive was created in 2024 as a stand-alone 501(c)(3) by the Wisconsin Conference of the United Methodist Church. We maintain deep ties in our roots to build community spaces where all are welcome.
We are currently partnering on several projects with the Wisconsin UMC and supporting local UMC churches through our consultation services.
