Matt Kautzky
President & CEO
Matt joined Revive in January of 2025. He has held previous roles in Real Estate, Operations, & Sustainability for organizations including Goodwill Industries, Blackhawk Church, and others. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management from Edgewood University.
Elizabeth Yanke
Director of Finance and Operations
Elizabeth joined Revive in February of 2025. She brings extensive Human Resources expertise from Fortune 500 companies such as Abbot Labs and Intel Corporation, as well as from startup and local government environments. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Judson University and an MBA from University of Phoenix.
Nico Marino
Financial Analyst
Nico joined the Revive team in December of 2025. He has gained extensive experience in finance and risk management through his work at Epic, FDIC and Minglewood Risk. Nico holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Dennis West
President of the Board of Directors
Dennis has 30+ years of experience in leading nonprofits in the Community Economic Development arena. In 2020, Dennis retired as President of Northern Initiatives having made over 1,000 loans focused on providing starting and growing businesses with capital and know how.
Jason Mahnke
Vice President of the Board of Directors
Rev. Jason Mahnke is the Director of Programming & Campaigns for the Wisconsin United Methodist Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation, Jason spent over 20 years pastoring local Methodist churches.
Sarah Sneider
Treasurer of the Board of Directors
Sarah also serves as Treasurer/Director of Finance for the Wisconsin Conference of the United Methodist Church. Before joining the Conference in 2019, Sarah spent 30+ years in Accounting, Finance, and Auditing roles mostly in the nonprofit industry.
Jane Deuster
Secretary of the Board of Directors
Jane is a retired Physical Therapist at the Ashwaubenon and Howard Suamico Schools. She is an active member of the United Methodist Church and is the immediate past Chairperson of the Conference Trustees.
Brady Henderson
Member of the Board of Directors
Rev. Brady Henderson serves as a pastor at Wauwatosa: Bethany-Calvary United Methodist Church. Brady is also a practicing Civil Rights Attorney in Wisconsin, Oklahoma, and several federal courts.
