Matt Kautzky
President & CEO
Matt became President & CEO of Revive in January 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in real estate, operations, and sustainability. Prior to joining Revive, Matt served in leadership roles with respected organizations such as Goodwill Industries, Blackhawk Church, and Steve Brown Apartments. He holds advanced degrees in Business, Finance, and Real Estate from Edgewood University.
Elizabeth Yanke
Director of Finance and Operations
Elizabeth joined Revive in February of 2025. She brings extensive Human Resources expertise from Fortune 500 companies such as Abbot Labs and Intel Corporation, as well as from startup and local government environments. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Judson University and an MBA from University of Phoenix.
Nico Marino
Financial Analyst
Nico joined the Revive team in December of 2025. He has gained extensive experience in finance and risk management through his work at Epic, FDIC and Minglewood Risk. Nico holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Dennis West
President of the Board of Directors
Dennis has 30+ years of experience in leading nonprofits in the Community Economic Development arena. In 2020, Dennis retired as President of Northern Initiatives having made over 1,000 loans focused on providing starting and growing businesses with capital and know how.
Jason Mahnke
Vice President of the Board of Directors
Rev. Jason Mahnke is the Director of Programming & Campaigns for the Wisconsin United Methodist Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation, Jason spent over 20 years pastoring local Methodist churches.
Sarah Sneider
Treasurer of the Board of Directors
Sarah retired in 2026 as Treasurer/Director of Finance for the Wisconsin Conference of the United Methodist Church. Before joining the Conference in 2019, Sarah spent 30+ years in Accounting, Finance, and Auditing roles mostly in the nonprofit industry.
Jane Deuster
Secretary of the Board of Directors
Jane is a retired Physical Therapist at the Ashwaubenon and Howard Suamico Schools. She is an active member of the United Methodist Church and is the immediate past Chairperson of the Conference Trustees.
Brady Henderson
Member of the Board of Directors
Rev. Brady Henderson is a United Methodist pastor serving both Brown Deer United Methodist Church and Bethany-Calvary UMC in metro Milwaukee. Originally from Oklahoma, Brady is a former attorney and non-profit director whose background also includes experience in both banking and real estate prior to answering his call to ministry.
Margaret Utterback
Member of the Board of Directors
Margaret Utterback is a Partner with the law firm Quarles and Brady LLP and served on boards including Girl Scouts of Wisconsin and Second Harvest Food Bank of Southern Wisconsin. She is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and UW Law School.
Janine Punzel
Member of the Board of Directors
Janine Punzel is the Owner/Managing Broker of 360 Commercial Real Estate and 360 Homes LLC. Janine brings more than 25 years in commercial sales, leasing, and property management—along with prior roles at Hovde Properties and American Family Insurance. She also served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
InSun Lee
Member of the Board of Directors
Rev. Dr. InSun Lee serves as a District Superintendent for the Wisconsin Conference of the United Methodist Church. She brings more than thirty years of ministry experience serving in Korea, the Philippines, Mozambique, and the United States. She is a graduate of Claremont School of Theology with a Doctor of Ministry and is recognized for her work in cultural diversity, conflict transformation, and leadership development within the Wisconsin Annual Conference.
Lisa Wink
Ex Officio Member of the Board of Directors
Lisa serves at Treasurer/Director of Finance & Administration for the Wisconsin Conference of the United Methodist Church. Lisa joined the Conference as Communications Director in 2019 and brings accounting and financial leadership from both the private sector and the local church.
Scott Carlson
Member of the Board of Directors
Rev. Dr. Scott Carlson serves as the Director of Congregational Development for the Wisconsin Conference of The United Methodist Church, overseeing the process for new ministries and congregational revitalization. Scott trains, finds support and resources that equip local church leaders to more effectively reach new people for Jesus. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from North Dakota State University, a Master of Divinity degree from United Theological Seminary in the Twin Cities, and his Doctoral Degree in Congregational Revitalization from United Theological Seminary (Dayton, OH).
